As part of a massive investment in marketing to support our market-leading growth, we are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager/Industry Marketing Specialist. Our ideal candidate is someone whose education and previous experience demonstrate technical acumen, communication, and hands-on curiosity. Traditional product marketing experience is welcome, but not necessary. Successful candidates in the past have come from product management, sales engineering, and services domains.

Responsibilities:

· Become an expert in manufacturing industries market problems, buyer pain, Mendix value, and competitive differentiation by spending 20% of your time in the market.

· Create messaging and positioning that maps Mendix value to pain in target industries and audiences to articulate offensive differentiation.

· Collaborate closely with Product Management and other Product Marketers to drive market-driven, data-driven strategic product direction.

· Become trusted advisor across stakeholders of Siemens Software portfolio

· Influence goals and strategy of Go To Market by acting as an SME of manufacturing industries, within Marketing to support demand generation, lead conversion, PR, and AR stakeholders. Inform Campaign design and execution with industry knowledge and content/asset delivery.

· Prioritize customer outcomes relentlessly and balance diverse stakeholders

· Be the voice of Mendix portfolio for manufacturing at select industry events

Requirements:

· Strong relevant professional Marketing experience

· Success working across geographically dispersed teams.

· Strong know-how of business processes in manufacturing industries

· Proven track record in successful customer engagements and growing new business, improvement areas and synergies creation

· Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, a customer-oriented mindset and a strong results orientation

· Experience with acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion through product positioning

· Experience with as-a-service business models targeted at users

· Experience with Siemens Software portfolio (Teamcenter, Opcenter, Simcenter etc.) is preferred, but not essential

· Basic knowledge of any cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry etc.

· Business acumen with technical background is preferred

· Strong focus on market-driven, data-driven decision making

· Fluency in the English Language
