Job Summary
Responsible for receiving, processing and resolving high-level, escalated customer problems/complaints promptly and efficiently. This position researches and resolves customer issues related to sales, service, products or billing, and may cover any product line. Typical complaints are problems that may put a job or customer in jeopardy, and are received through a variety of sources, including high-level executives, regulatory agencies and social media. Exercises sound judgment and acts responsibly in the customer’s and the company’s interest. Acts as technical specialist within own area.Job Description

Job Requirements:
-1 year Comcast Business Mid-Market Technical or Order Management experience required
-Strong communication skills with an attention to detail and grammar
-If from Change of Service or Technical representative we are looking for high First Ticket or Call Resolution percentage. (Based on their Current Year Metrics).
-Must have a proficiency in either technical or order management process on Business Mid-Market products.
-Proficiency in 1 of the 3 billing systems (CSG/Singleview/Orion)
-Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve and provide root cause analysis for technical issues for Business Class products focused on Mid-Market Products (Business Voice Edge, Trunking, and Metro E).
