As the Delivery Capability Manager, you will be responsible for the operational success of the solution and deliver measurable business results by activation solutions that meet both market needs and organizational goals.

This role reports to the Ultrasound S&SD Operations Directory and will work closely with the S&SD Solutions team and the markets to activate solutions in the markets

You are responsible for

This role will lead the activation of solutions into markets, ensuring the markets are able to operationally support these solutions, which are critical to the growth of the Ultrasound business. To be successful, as the Delivery Capability Manager, you will need to partner with the solutions team and the market teams to understand process requirements, capabilities in markets and will then activate those capabilities to ensure a great customer experience, business success and solution scalability. In addition, the role will be active in initial customer deployments and large customer deployments of solutions.

  • Global owner for operational activation of activation of solutions into markets
  • Determine required capabilities and processes for a market to activate a solution
  • Partner with solutions team and markets to build out capabilities and process for activating solutions
  • Establish KPIs to determine effectiveness of activation in market, inclusive of customer satisfaction and commercial KPIs
  • Support large scale implementations as needed within a market during initial solution activation in a market
  • Provide technical expertise to market teams during initial solution activation in a market
  • Provide requirements from markets to solutions team to ensure successful activation of solutions
  • Ensure scalability of operational support processes, tools and infrastructure in markets
  • Provide input to solutions team on desired user experience and operational experience
  • Understand customer’s use cases and user journey and ensure ability to support
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; organized with strong time management skills

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) in Engineering, IT or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in consultative sales and marketing including strategic selling and negotiation
  • Customer centric. Ability to interact put customer’s needs and customer’s experience at the fore forefront of all activities
  • Program management experience: implementing programs in cross functional teams
  • Strong analytical and process skills
  • Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well within a matrix, diverse, global and cross-functional environment
  • Willingness to travel 10-30%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in Healthcare industry, ideally with clinical engineering, biomed and / or IT
  • Experience implementing software-based solutions at healthcare customers
  • Innovation – demonstrated ability to develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate internally
