As a Retail Recruiter you will work in a multidisciplinary HR team and be responsible for sourcing, screening and recruiting new Point of Sales employees for our Benelux Retail locations (Inno, Bijenkorf, Douglas, HBC, Ici Paris, Planet) and for our Free Standing Stores.

As a Retail Recruiter you will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead the complete selection process from job intake to job offer
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, understand their needs and give them an accurate overview of the recruitment market
• Write attractive job descriptions and screen applicants
• Follow up on applications and conduct phone screenings and face-to-face interviews (Microsoft Teams during Covid times)
• Provide a great candidate experience by delivering constructive feedback in a timely manner
• Organise and execute corporate and branded Recruitment Days
• Brief external partner for our always-on recruitment campaigns (SEA) and follow-up on invoicing
• Together with the Talent Acquisition & Development Manager, you are responsible for recruiting our interns
• You are a brand and company ambassador

• Excellent level of Dutch and English, fluent in French
• You have experience with recruitment (in-house or within a recruitment agency), knowledge of the Retail industry is a plus
• You hold a degree in HR, Psychology, Communications or have proven recruitment experience
• You are a born communicator and show resilience and assertiveness
• You take initiative and work independently
• You are solution-oriented and think outside of the box
• You are capable of setting priorities and working in a fast-paced environment
• Administratively strong and structured
