We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to help enhance our training efforts across our exciting suite of products. We need someone who’s passionate about our customers to help them get the most out of their subscriptions. You will train our customers, collaborate internally with stakeholders, manage internal processes, assist our front-line support team, and make sure accounts are set up for success.
We are flexible with location but this role will be based in Barcelona, Spain and regular travel to France will be required when necessary.

You Will

- Collaborate. You’ll work closely with support, sales, and implementation leaders to execute on the strategy for customer training and onboarding.
