Job Description

Hauptaufgaben:

Aufnahme und Weitergabe der Kundenanfragen in der Serviceline für unsere ADP-Produkte (AdvancedPay, SmartPay,EasyPay, ProfPay, KM, DM, u.a.)

Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen bei Kundenrückfragen

Auswertung der eingehenden Kundenanfragen/-chats und Analyse der Themen auf Verbesserungs-und Abstimmpotential mit den Fachbereichen

Erarbeitung von Standards zu häufig gestellten AnfragenMitarbeit in Projekten die durch das Team verantwortet und durchgeführt werden

Übernahme von Projekten und Tätigkeiten die eigenständig und in Abstimmung mit den Teamkollegen durchgeführt werden

Fachliche Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung

Gute Englischkenntnisse

Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, v.a. Word, Excel und Outlook

Gute Erfahrung in Schriftverkehr und Umgang mit Kunden
