The CAM work role is a vital administrative support function for the repair center, and acts as both the voice of the customer as well as handling the transactional order processing from outside the organization.

The CAM is expected to perform, at minimum, the following tasks:

• Maintain prompt and professional communication with their assigned customer accounts, including weekly call or status support
• Proficiency with SAP transactions related to customer order processing
• PO Review
• Induction and order creation
• Ready to Quote monitoring
• Quote generation
• Quote approval communication
• Shipping support
• Exchanges/ Advanced Exchanges as needed
• Managing Aging Quote Holds and following the MRO reminder and return as-is process
• Managing the ESD credibility of open customer orders
• Administrative tasks associated with the storage and traceability of orders – file management, scanning, document management in both hard copy and SAP
• Helping to maintain the daily metric goals associated with QH, RTQT, ESD Overdue and Upcoming ESD
• Support and engage with the digital innovation initiatives within the repair center, including EDI/ AeroExchange, MROlife, MROdash
• Disposition warranty, process credit and debits for customers, and support penalty claim review
• Support the sites continuous improvement initiatives and ongoing journey towards operational excellence
• Maintaining compliance through an understanding of International Trade Compliance, the Kidde Quality Management System, customer property, US Government contracting FAR/DFAR, and national and international airworthiness organizations
• Supporting Service Bulletin and Airworthiness Directive campaigns that impact assigned customer accounts,
• Escalate to management when appropriate and flagging customer critical need; work AOG and MEL requests with appropriate sense of urgency

Through these tasks above, the CSR is expected to support the site level daily, monthly, and annual goals associated with On Time Delivery, Turnaround Time, and Sales.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• OR In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
