Your challenge
In this role, you have the opportunity to be acting as a global partner for Markets for Hospital Patient Monitoring owned multi-modality-solution (global HPM role) as a member of multi-modality solution program responsible for the interface to Markets and customer fulfillment centers. Your scope will be commercial orders flowing from MP1 (commercial SAP client) to HPM factories MCP(factory SAP client) and fulfillment up to delivery (ex-factory)
Your responsibilities
- Inventory is optimized and Customer expectations in terms of timely and complete deliveries are met
- Collaborates with Markets, Integrated Supply Chain (across BG’s with IGT/CI ) and Business functions to ensure multi-modality solution orders can be processed on time and at planned SC-Ops costs/resources.
(Here primarily on first HPM pilot IntelliVue X3 – Dynamic Workflow Solution (which includes also ordered SW functionality on IGT/CI Next Generation Hemo – Cardiology Informatics system/solution ) and new Catalogue O2F functionality/process rollouts 2022 to support multi-modality solution(s) - operational calls with Markets/GBS on multi-modality solution ( 'exceptional processes' & transition to standardized processes ).
- Use a data-driven approach to understand and identify the improvement opportunities. Apply the influencing skill to gain commitment from all stakeholders. Lead the execution activities to deliver on commitments.
- Drives improvement of On-Time-Delivery, Shipment Integrity of multi-modality-solution, provides strong expertise throughout the entire End-2-End (E2E) process and strengthens operational planning capabilities at all levels (across BG’s with IGT/CI ).
- Initiate & support global IT improvements & processes required to achieve the above objectives (ERP systems and Quoting Tool and other IT systems– if applicable )
- Drive multi-modality solution order intake for NA ( short/mid-term solution with manual order creation and cross-links as well as long-term standardized processing supported by new catalog tool & processes rollout in NA in 2022 ). Here work closely with NA GBS solutions team/leverage from current actual processing of CI sold NGH multi-modality solution ( owned and sold by CI/IGT Market )
- Support operational ‘multi-modality solution’ specific activities in FOM team (Sales Order data processing & reports in ERP Systems: commercial client MP1 and factory client MCP ). Work closely with FOM project manager/process engineers to standardize & set up streamlined processes allowing ROMs to execute all multi-modality-solution-related operational activities ( 2022/2023 ).
- Facilitates the short/mid-term customer orders planning and execution activities
- Drive improvement initiatives to enable sales growth to maximize the fulfillment of the demand in markets.
Your team
You are part of the Hospital Patient Monitoring Business. This group offers the entire range of monitoring solutions and creates value through predictive algorithms, deep integration into the care and IT systems of our customers, and leveraging our consumables and services business. You will join the German S&OP team in Boeblingen but will work closely with your peers in Europe and the US.

Your Profile
- Successful completion of a commercial course of studies with a Bachelor or Master degree and 3+ years of related experience
- Experience to work in an international environment with multicultural awareness and with different interfaces like production, planning, logistics and purchasing
- Technical knowledge in Order Management and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Proof experience in Project Management
- Excellent communication skills with a ‘Customer focus’ mindset and team player attitude
- Must be self-motivated and have strong problem-solving skills
- English and German are fluently spoken and written
