Employee Relations/ Communications
• Coaching and support Managers and Supervisors on employee relations issues, including facilitating investigations and disciplinary actions with them
• Responsible for timely updates of HR policies and procedures
• Support employee communications sessions and when required, participating in tier meetings and GEMBA walks, as determined
Talent Management
• Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future personnel needs
• Liaise with Talent Acquisition / agencies/ IHLs, Total Rewards & Global People Services to ensure that the open positions are filled in a timely manner
• Orientate new joins on the company’s policies and employee benefits & programs
• Attract, retain and motivate talent by keeping abreast of market compensation and benefits practices/ participation in compensation and benefits surveys
Culture& Engagement
• Drive Employee Engagement initiatives including Wellness program
• Facilitate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.
• Partner with PS to develop end to end HR processes to improve employee experience; proactively develop HR process to address areas in which PS is unable to support
• Generate HR reports on a regular basis and utilize HR analytics to identify process improvement opportunities with respect to talent attraction, engagement, development and retention, including but not limited to HR site data, Pulse Survey results, performance appraisals, training needs
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects
• Initiate observations/ proposals to improve site culture wrt RTX core pillars
Employee Data Administration
• Ensure accurate data collection and storage in shared drive or personnel files
• Ensure employees’ data in HRIS is accurate
Others
• Raise feedback to COEs/ vendors on a regular basis to improve and mature HR operating model
• Ensure compliance with Personal Data Protection Act & Privacy Act
• Support internal and external audits, when required
