Primary Responsibilities:

• Work as Help Desk for users of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system
• Work with Business SMEs to identify improvements to software
• Create/Modify Workflows to streamline business processes
• Create/modify data and other tool features to streamline business needs
• Deploy updates/upgrades to Product Center with the help of Collins Digital Technology
• Support West Des Moines Configuration Management Team when needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
• Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience OR
• In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
• Good communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written).
• Candidate must be a U.S Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of PLM functionality and knowledge of Product Center is preferred
• Understanding of basic Configuration Management requirements
• Knowledge of Database configurations
• Knowledge of basic workflow configurations
• Ability to identify critical bottlenecks in processes and provide analytics to support
