Job Title : Industrial Relations Manager Department : Human Resource

Reports to : Human Resource Director

PRIMARY FUNCTION

 Develop Industrial and Employee relation strategies for organization aligned with HR initiative and the company direction.
 Manage Industrial and Employee relations to drive trust and favorable industrial relations between the company & labor union and the company and employees.
 Ensure internal policies and guidelines are aligned to the Korean labor law

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Develop strategy and manage the Collective bargaining negotiation & Wage negotiation with Labor Union effectively
 Manage and control internal LMC(Labor and Management Committee)
 Provide professional advice to Management, Brands & HR on the interpretation and application of policies/practices relating labor issues
 Build close relationship with union representatives & incorporate the union as a business partner
 Collaborate & partner with AFF HR in aligning/developing IR strategy/execution.
 Prevent legal & compliance issues and handle/defend legal petitions & complaints
 Monitor & introduce the labor law change internally to comply with it.
 Prepare & handle government inspection of labor issues
 Handle & develop effective and clear processes and procedures for managing grievances and dispute
 Handle & minimize industrial accidents under understanding of government’s industrial safety and health guidelines
 Build relation with third parties; Other cosmetic companies, Ministry of labors and Police officers, etc
 In charge for special event or project if needed


Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

 Education

BA degree or equivalent/above, preferably in Legal related major

 Experiences

+ 7 years of HR Labor Relations experience
- Skills and relevant experience in C&B or HR general will be a plus
- Certified Public Labor Attorney preferred
