WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

• Support clients by processing their Benefits enrollment data with a high level of accuracy and quality while ensuring Federal privacy and security guidelines are met.
• Complete inbound and outbound file testing.
• Coordinate with internal partners and third-party vendors to ensure successful transmission of data files in compliance with established federal enrollment reporting legalities.
• Identify, research, analyze and resolve Benefits enrollment data issues.
• Maintain process documentation and activity tracking details for assigned clients.
• Track information and trends to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Comply with established guidelines to prepare for and successfully pass quarterly audits.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE : Required Qualifications

• At least 3 - 5 years of previous experience working with large client accounts in an operational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, diagnose and resolve problems, prioritize critical client issues and identify trends.
• Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

• Experience noted above, OR
• Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situation

Currently, we have an opening at the following ADP locations:

• Salt Lake City, UT
• Louisville, KY.

ADP Covid Protocols differ at locations across the United States. Some locations are working 100% remote while others are working hybrid work (office and remote) environments. ADP will continue to assess and make Covid Protocol decisions by locations. Candidates should live within commuting distance of ADP locations identified above.
