They will develop team and organizational capabilities and provide the vision and technical guidance in developing the next generation

What you will do...

• Training, and the evolutionary development of the Cloud Management and Automation Tools in AWS.
• Provide continuity of Cloud Operations Support while developing and evolving DevOps capabilities.
• Participate in the creation of the Ancestry Operational Vision, communicate and lead change while facilitating change of culture and capabilities.
• Develop the ability to support future multi-regional operations, bringing the product closer to our international customers.
• Reporting to Director of Application Performance

Who you are...

• 6+ years years experience DevOps and modern SRE practices and approaches that scale.
• 6+ years’ experience AWS account management with experience in providing compliance-based service environments.
• 6+ Expertise in the use of infrastructure and runbook automation tools, AWS management technologies; in providing control, management, reporting, and automation capabilities.
• 6 + Python or Go development, used in the development and integration of Cloud Managements solutions and the automation of core practices and mitigations.
• 6 + years analyzing large scale applications, web servers, network, load balancers, application servers, containers environments and databases in AWS.
• 6+ years Cloud APM and Log monitoring tools, in managing and monitoring reliability.
