Taboola is hiring a n outstanding individual, who will own and manage the core operational aspects of the global Enterprise Publisher Sales and Account Management organization. To be effective with Taboola's internal teams you need to be proactive with a can-do approach, naturally inquisitive, data oriented, analytical and problem-solver with a track record of leading process and operational excellence. To be successful, the Business Operations Manager must partner with our global Sellers and Account Managers to increase productivity, ensure revenue is maximized and that our customers are provided world class service. This includes developing processes to drive efficiencies across the organization, analyzing data and scoping business solutions and reporting to support the day-to-day of the Publisher Enterprise Sales and Account Management teams.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

  • 5+ years of sales operations, business consulting, business operations
  • Ability to understand high-level Sales and Account Management strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure successful execution and business impact
  • Proven ability collecting business intelligence, monitoring and identifying trends within data, and making sound business recommendations to management
  • Ability to influence key internal stakeholders and work collaboratively in a matrix organization and project manage teams under tight deadlines
  • Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce), MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and Business Intelligence tools, e.g., QlikSense.
  • Customer-first attitude, with a focus on problem solving in a fast moving environment
  • Advantage - SQL knowledge and experience with customer success platforms

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

  • Strategize and manage the development of Publisher Sales and Account Management processes, tools, knowledge and skills
  • Evaluate existing Sales operations technology platforms and determine optimal tools for overall success, reporting and KPIs
  • Ensure systems are in place and are utilized to capture and report on Sales and Account Management KPIs, including develop integration roadmaps for various systems and processes
  • Conduct analyses to gain deeper insights into our business and help Enterprise Publisher Sales and Account Management teams understand how to scale, manage and grow our business predictably and profitably
  • Lead projects and initiatives with a focus on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the Publisher AM organization
  • Communicates key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc. to groups within the sales organization
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management leads on business planning and strategy for their respective sales areas
  • Work collaboratively with internal Taboola teams in order to provide the best service to the global Sales team.
