Job Description

Focal areas/role:

1. Sales, account/program Manager, who has a strong digital inclination and has program management/sales acumen and managing/creating large customer accounts

2. Go restless to clock the targets & believe that strong customer relationships are critical for continuous business growth

3. Business enablement for shared mobility and new customer landscape for mobility business

4. Foster cross business collaboration to drive and synergize mobility solutions to the new customer landscape

Key Responsibilities

1. To evolve the new customer landscape and enable execution of programs/projects for a particular customer account

2. Identify & develop Business Model in co-ordination with multiple business divisions across Bosch in India & Globally for the new customers and engage in sales and business opportunities with customer accounts

3. Create a framework that encourages/incentivizes early adoption of solutions by new customers, Market research on impact created by new customers in shared mobility and new EV space

4. Preparing business frameworks for newer customer/consumer segments and also support sales across various business areas (incl. connectivity, new start-up/incubators etc.) to carry forward their individual efforts towards the direction of collective ‘mobility solutions’ in India.

5. Investigation of business models / adjacencies / opportunities (partnering, networking, etc.), creation of business cases and orchestrate cross divisional business opportunities.

Basic Competency

1. BE in Mechanical / Electronics with MBA with min. 8 years of Experience in mobility industry

2. Broad Automotive domain Knowledge and prospective of new mobility technology specifically in the H2 domain

3. Very good knowledge and/or experience in understanding Business Modeling, Connectivity and Digital ecosystem

4. Good analytical skills, Commercial acumen and Entrepreneurial mind set

5. Ability to think strategically that impact business outcomes and create strategic roadmaps

6. Customer Focus, Team player, Results and Future Orientation

7. Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills

Additional Exposure (Preferred)

1. Should have demonstrated experience of consistently achieved over and above their revenue targets selling Digital Products in highly ambiguous situations.

2. Should have a strong understanding of Mobility Landscape of India and should navigate the

Sr. Management in right direction through data driven decision making ability.

Qualifications

Desired qualification:

1. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Electronics

2. Customer sales/project management experience (Mandatory)

3. Project Management Qualification (PMP, RKPMQ)

Desired Experience:

1. Overall 8-10 years of experience

2. Program or Platform management experience is an advantage
