Job Description

XOE (Xfinity Order Entry) is the shopping engine and experience powering Xfinity sales. You’ll be joining an omnichannel-focused design team, (with a sub-specialty in employee tools) and be responsible for leading design efforts for employee-specific features for assisted sales channels (call center, retail), with activities including:

  • Being the point person in the design team for all things Assisted Sales experiences
  • Forging collaborative relationships with Assisted team stakeholders and partner
  • Advocating for end-user employees’ on-the-job needs
  • Partnering with user research to uncover and evaluate channel-specific needs
  • Collaborating with counterpart design leader and creative director for strategic design planning
  • Helping to build out and mentor team of designers focused on employee sales experiences
  • Expanding XOE experience to include the Xfinity Mobile sales flow
  • Evolving the XOE experience in tandem with a three-year tech stack transformation
