DESCRIPTION

A Local Ops Director is a pivotal role at the heart of our business. The Local Ops Director oversees all operational aspects of our company strategy, helps set strategic goals and is responsible for the flow of operations information to the VP of Operations .

The role of the Local Operations Director is to ensure that everything needed to invoice a contract is correct and also coordinate with sales and Finance for optimization and compliance of QTC processes.

The role resides in Barcelona and reports into the VP International Operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure right contracts delivery
• Ensure rates & products maintenance
• Review and implement client policy across the company
• Billing Plan maintenance
• Definition, implementation and monitoring the QTC processes

• Excellent communication skills, including, influencing, coaching and mentoring.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Min of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Languages (Fluid English is a must but more languages will be a plus)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Team management with different level of responsibility
• Ops experience
• Must have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Docs) and the ability to learn new systems quickly Relations with 3rd parties and outsourcing
