WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a Content Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a Content Manager at Braze, you will oversee the ideation and production of assets used in our demand generation efforts for the APAC region. You will also manage freelance writers and copywriters and work with designers and contractors to help support the Braze marketing efforts as a whole.
You’ll partner with the Global Content team, which works in collaboration with all the various marketing groups at Braze. You’ll mainly support the campaigns developed by our Demand Generation team, but also expect to collaborate alongside Design and Creative, PR and Communications, Product Marketing and our Customer and Partner Marketing team to build awareness for the Braze brand in the APAC region.
WHAT YOU'LL DO You will be responsible for the content creation and messaging needed for all of our regional marketing efforts in APAC. You will build a content strategy based on assessing our buyers’ personas, competitor analysis and customer insights in collaboration with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
The scope of the role will include managing end to end content creation across digital programs (LinkedIn, Search, Programmatic ads, sponsored content), event thought leadership content, outreach copy for go-to-market teams, landing page copy creation, and management of content for regional reports by vertical/geography, as well as other program content needs.
You will source and manage freelance writers and copywriters across the region and coach them in the use of our style guide to ensure brand consistency. As the Content Manager you will also be the point person for any sponsored content the Marketing team partners on, and work with third party content providers to ensure delivery and quality standards are met.
In addition, there will also be projects where you will collaborate with our Partnerships team to produce content in conjunction with both our agency and technology partners. You will also help facilitate the storytelling around customer stories and case studies.
WHO YOU ARE - 4-6 years’ B2B content marketing experience, SaaS/tech industry experience preferred
- Deep understanding and familiarity with content marketing practices and sensibilities that are unique to the APAC market
- Familiarity with taking product and solution messaging and transforming it into relatable narratives for given target personas
- Strong writing and editing skills with examples of work
- Experience with inbound strategy, SEO/SEM best practices, and lead/demand generation tactics
- Manager of freelance talent and can source writers and copywriters
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Highly organised with proven experience at managing multiple projects concurrently
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
