The Mission
We are looking for a System Administrator to join the IT team to help support the studio with hardware and software related challanges. For this role you need to be accommodating, professional and passionate about delivering service and quality. You will work closely with the various teams of the studio to make sure everyone has what they need both onsite and offsite.

In this role you will...

• Support our employees and make sure their IT setup is in great shape.
• Setup work environment for new employees.
• Manage active directory and services such as File, DHCP, DNS.
• Maintain and update asset inventory
• Help maintain documentation regarding installation, configuration, operation and troubleshooting procedures related to the systems.
• Manage and support meeting room technology

Qualifications

We would love if you have...

• Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems; specifically, Windows 10.
• Good knowledge of general networking concepts; routing, switching, security and IP addressing
• Experience of working with PC hardware.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, SCCM.
• Strong interest in the IT market: trends, new tech, it’s uses and implementation
• Good knowledge of IT troubleshooting and incident handling
• Comfortable with the start-up mentality and tasks that comes with it
• Basic knowledge of storage concepts like SAN, NAS, etc.
