Do you want to be part of something amazing? The Customer Experience Team is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Analyst.
As the ideal candidate, you will support TMBC’s clients-first mindset by using data to drive decisions and innovation. You will support key priorities to establish strategy and process to advocate hearing client input and turning it into action.
The Sr CX Analyst will partner closely with internal stakeholders to discover and ensure implementation of improvements. Your ability to keep track of multiple complex projects is second to none, and you have a natural desire to identify patterns and bring clarity to chaos. You’ll have ownership of our newly created Client Advisory Board and taking that forum to the next level.
