Do the following activities make you feel STRONG?

  • Lead the delivery of strategic projects and continual improvement initiatives to support business goals with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal partners to understand business needs that may identify opportunities in leveraging client listening to align and validate priorities
  • Identify enhancement opportunities based on monitoring of client and internal partner listening data and insights.
  • Ownership of Client Advisory Board and Client Communities
  • Review and analyze client feedback to identify areas of improvement, recommend next actions and monitor progress with internal partners
  • Build strong relationships with key partners within both technical and business teams, to translate and convey requirements to various audiences
  • Assist with preparation of executive readouts and sharing of data and insights

Do you want to be part of something amazing? The Customer Experience Team is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Analyst.

As the ideal candidate, you will support TMBC’s clients-first mindset by using data to drive decisions and innovation. You will support key priorities to establish strategy and process to advocate hearing client input and turning it into action.

The Sr CX Analyst will partner closely with internal stakeholders to discover and ensure implementation of improvements. Your ability to keep track of multiple complex projects is second to none, and you have a natural desire to identify patterns and bring clarity to chaos. You’ll have ownership of our newly created Client Advisory Board and taking that forum to the next level.

This is a full-time remote (work from home) position based out of any state in the continental US.

Need to Have

  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
  • High sense of urgency, initiative, & proactive planning
  • Ability to work in collaborative team environment and manage relationships with team and key business partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in Management of Client Advisory Board and/or Client Community
  • Any type of CX certification or PM certification

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Customer Experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience or experience running structured and well-coordinated approaches to projects
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting and analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent real-life experience
