Crunchbase is looking for a highly-organized and driven Recruiting Coordinator who will be our Recruiting ambassador, partnering with Candidates, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers to create a flawless coordination process. This role will be a key piece of our Talent engine and will lead our team in candidate experience. Are you ready to put your highly efficient organizational skills to work?

What You'll Do:

• Partner with recruiters and interview panels to optimize scheduling interviews
• Collaborate with the team to facilitate a strong employer-of-choice brand and be an ambassador of Crunchbase's mission
• With the Talent team, manage the recruiting process for key roles in our organization, ensuring a flawless, uniform, and exceptionally positive candidate experience
• Maintain and update Lever, our applicant tracking system
• Participate in recruiting events
• Build reports to identify inefficiencies and innovate/improve your process and pipeline

What We're Looking For:

• Highly ambitious and have a stellar work ethic
• Meticulous organizational skills -- you pride yourself on keeping records up-to-date in real-time
• You're excited to work with a team to manufacture uplifting interviews
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system; Lever experience is a plus
• A strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize your work efficiently
• Excellent communication skills - you have a customer-focused attitude but can also make your voice heard
• Motivated and active learner excited to try new solutions, and quickly iterate to improve the way you do things
