We are looking for a passionate Partner Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing the tools and resources needed to support our partners' ability to improve the impact of their marketing spend and increase engagement with our product. In this role, you will collaborate with Spotify partners to provide scalable brand & marketing support through the creation of compelling, relevant, and timely platformized tools & solutions. You will operate within the Partner Solutions team to enable scale and growth for partners by going from high-touch human-led partner interactions, to delivering self-serve, automated, partner management solutions that drive partner engagement and user growth.
What you'll do:
- Support a wide range of partnerships and deal types and work to understand their nuances to develop specific solutions to meet their needs
- Maintain, update and expand upon an offering of baseline and always-on support that makes it easy for partners to integrate Spotify into their marketing
- Generate inspiring editorial content that gives partners a compelling reason to talk about Spotify to their customers
- Manage the execution and scheduling of Spotify partner communications against the editorial content calendar
- Become an expert on multiple Spotify sub-brands identities & products and use this knowledge to lead a brand review and approval process
- Help find new creative ways to leverage partner marketing commitments to improve Spotify brand awareness and reach untapped audiences, ultimately driving user acquisition
- Act as the owner of key internal organizational tools essential to connect workstreams between collaborators within the partner solutions team
- Develop meaningful insights from research that can help inform marketing strategy and messaging
- Identify and report on key important metrics, assess key trends, and prioritize accordingly
Who you are:
- You have the ability to thrive in a collaborative culture, embracing change and successfully communicating and implementing feedback
- You have demonstrated experience in tailoring global brands to local, domestic audiences or vice versa
- You are a creative and strong analytical problem solver, a confident communicator, allowing you to work cross-functionally and autonomously with multiple partners in many time zones
- You understand the marketing funnel and how to optimize it at each stage
- You have experience collecting and interpreting data insights to inform strategic decisions
- You have previous experience working with partner or product marketing, connecting with audiences, and using data to inform strategy
- You have a user-centric approach and a strong desire to understand the needs of a diverse audience
- You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to remain flexible amidst change
- You are a creative problem solver and have experience taking the initiative to suggest and implement new ideas

- Working hours? We operate within the CEST (Central European Standard Time) and EST (Eastern Standard time) time zone for collaboration and require this person to be willing/able to accommodate these working hours for meetings.
