Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses to increase business landscape and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in Taiwan is responsible for bridging local businesses to sell on Amazon’s overseas marketplaces, and supporting local selling partners’ success and growth on Amazon’s platform. Our vision is to empower all Taiwan brands to sell globally, and we’d like to be the first choice for all types of Taiwan enterprise to sell overseas, especially for brand owners and manufactures.
We’re now seeking a multi-talented, customer-centered, data-driven, goal-driven, and passionate SSR (Self-Service Registration) consultant assisting to grow the Taiwan Amazon Global Selling SSR business, develop and prepare 1xmany scalable solution. You’ll be responsible for driving Taiwan SSR business scale and building its solid foundation along with marketing global marketplace solutions such as Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), Sponsored Products and Coupons etc. to Taiwan SSR Selling Partners to further grow their business on Amazon. You’ll also need to identify Taiwan SSR Selling Partners needs and pain points through their selling journey and work with Taiwan marketing team or international stakeholders to provide solutions and remove blockers and frictions. Our ultimate goal is to establish a low friction, scalable self-registered and post-launch experience for Taiwan companies who have interests on launching on amazon marketplace. You'll use your analytic skills to track SSR Selling Partners performance, measure funnel metrics and business growth, track impact and drive many local initiatives. You’ll work closely with international stakeholders and marketers!
Your core responsibilities include:
1. Identify, analyze and grow self-service registered Selling Partner commitment to Selling on Amazon programs; meet and exceed annual goals and operational metrics.
2. Work with Amazon marketing teams to drive low friction registration experience to amazon websites.
3. Collect, deep dive, and analyze Taiwan SSR Selling Partner needs and pain points.
4. Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the Selling. Use these metrics to guide work and uncover hidden areas of opportunities.
5. Understand and utilize CRM and productivity tools to track funnel traffic, conversion and metrics to ensure the Selling Partner experience can be improved during registration process.
6. Responsible for trainings and mass communication mechanism to these Selling Partner group including website marketing, social media, email marketing, and other potential local/international channels.
7. Localize mass communication content to develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and knowledge of competitive product offerings.
8. Identify, develop and execute amazon key features: FBA, Sponsored Products, and Coupons adoption strategy and plan by analyzing data, defining each feature’s value proposition, and establishing and executing 1xmany scalable campaigns/initiatives.
9. Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's sellers in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business with invent and simplify spirit
10. Feedback to other teams within Amazon worldwide lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases.
11. Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective territory.
