Job Description

Hauptaufgaben:

Übernahme und Sicherstellung von lokalen und internationalen Implementierungsprojekten

Prüfung und Besprechung von Anforderungsspezifikationen

Unterstützung des Vertriebes

Teilnahme an Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen im Bereich Payroll

Aktive Unterstützung von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen (Mentoring, Knowledge Share)

Fachliche Anforderungen:

Grundkenntnisse der Lohn-und Gehaltsabrechnung

Grundkenntnisse der Buchführung

Grundkenntnisse MS-Office AnwendungenSprachkenntnisse, mindestens Deutsch und Englisch (flüssig in Wort und Schrift)

Persönliche Anforderungen:

Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen und Mentoring-Programmen

Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Projektverantwortung von Beginn bis Ende sämtlicher Projektphasen

Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung zum Payroll Experten

Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung zum Anwendungsexperten einer Abrechnungsplattform

Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Vertretungsaufgaben innerhalb außerhalb des Teams
