Job Description

As a Senior Programmer Analyst, you will participate in the full project life cycle for client engagements regarding business system applications - from proof of concept through design and development, integration, testing, support and maintenance. You will develop applications using Microsoft .NET and C#, and develop distributed, n-tier applications on Microsoft Azure technologies.

What You Will Do

  • Will work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions for business applications and integrations with vendor solution
  • Will componentize existing business logic and make it available as a service which can be reusable across multiple business system applications.
  • Review code, integrate application modules for system testing, and ensure that standards are followed.
  • Will create automated test cases, design and create test-cases, document technical design using UML methodology, and mentor other team members with hands-on development work.
  • Will define test plans, test cases for unit, integration and system testing.
  • Will develop applications using Microsoft .NET and C#, and develop distributed, n-tier applications on Microsoft Azure technologies.
  • Will have Knowledge of the financial services industry to recommend solutions which take into consideration costs, business needs, and system impacts.

What You Will Need

  • Demonstrate Expertise (DE) in architecting the distributed cloud applications using Web and Microsoft Azure technologies.
  • DE utilizing C# to develop applications and integrations with in-house and vendor solutions
  • DE utilizing SQL to perform data storage and retrieval, create data modelling queries, manipulate data, and perform reporting services.
  • DE developing dashboards and reports using Power BI and SSRS.
  • DE utilizing continuous integration/development tools such as Azure DevOps in a CI/CD pipeline.
  • DE utilizing PowerShell, JavaScript, to validate user inputs and reporting.
  • DE utilizing Microsoft Test Automation Framework to create automated test cases.
  • DE performing requirements gathering, analysis, framework definition, design and development.

It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. **

Compensation:

The salary for this position generally ranges between $105,000 and $120,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.

Bonus Eligibility:

This position is also typically eligible for an annual bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion at a rate of 10%.
