Work with Technology management and business areas as a subject matter expert to support and enable the effective execution of IT business functions including financial management, administration, vendor management, IT delivery management, business planning, analytics, and communications.
Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement/delivery/execution of key IT Business Management strategies (OneIntake, OneInvoice, etc.)
  • Provide documented and accessible guidance and/or training on IT Business Management processes, controls, tools, and methodologies to the Technology organization, key business partners, and external vendors.
  • Update policy and procedure documentation in key areas such as the software development lifecycle, vendor management and resource onboarding processes; review of existing IT processes and controls, assess gaps, and recommend/executing remediation plans.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis on the health and maturity of our key governance data to identify and remediate issues.
  • Identify, test, and propose new process improvement through changes to existing processes or introduction of new tools to enhance overall IT business management operational effectiveness.
  • Provide upkeep and maintenance on relevant documentation on the IT portal.
  • Serve as a liaison for support vendors and contractors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, accounting, finance or related field
  • Eight years of relevant experience in one or more areas of project and/or program management, financial services, vendor management, process improvement, communications, process librarian, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure, budgets and financial analysis
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate highly complex process in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Leadership skills to influence others to drive change
  • Self-motivated to drive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor and through others
  • Ability to work in a dynamic changing agile environment
  • Advanced proficiency in MS applications and O365

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Apptio
  • Master's degree in information technology or business administration
  • Certified Management Accountant
  • Six Sigma
  • Experience in the financial services industry

Compensation:

The salary for this position generally ranges between $110,000 - $135,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.

Bonus Eligibility:

This position is also typically eligible for an annual bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion at a rate of 15.0%.

Working Conditions

  • Remote – work from home
  • Work outside of normal business hours may be required
  • Occasional travel
