We seek a highly motivated individual to be the Marketing Operations Manager for Wallet, Payments and Commerce. We believe the role would place you in a highly- energized environment with some of the most creative individuals in the industry where you would be inspired to share your years of experience along with providing extraordinary support for the team. This position is responsible for supporting marketing activities for Apple Gift Card and Apple Pay, being responsible for the all of the process for creative production, collaborating closely with outside vendors, merchants and internal partners in Japan and Cupertino. This is a full time position in Wallet, Payments and Commerce, and is located in Roppongi Hills, our Japan headquarter.

• Project management skills and the ability to prioritise.
• Experience in leading and working with multiple outside business partners including issuers, merchants and vendors.
• Be able to adhere to guidelines but test the envelopes and improve them as business requires. (continuously improve the process)
• Good with numbers - data analysis
• Creative graphics and copywriting skills are a plus.
• Production of prints and/or digital creatives, working with an agency
• Experience for end to end responsibility of a marketing activity from planning and development to execution and analysis.
• Handling administrative work of internal approvals for finance/accounting.
• Experience in localizing English based contents/creative into Japanese.
• Demonstrated performance in process improvement.
• Proven oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English. Korean proficiency is a plus.

Description

Description - Support production for all creatives for Apple Gift Card and Apple Pay marketing activities where required. - Own and manage the production process end to end, including review, approval, production and logistics related to the creative and/or activity e.g. for Apple Gift Card, manage production, order and inventory of fixture and graphic refreshes and installation coordination of in-store (and digital) touch points at merchants/partners where Apple Gift Cards are sold or promoted. - While adhering and complying to marketing guidelines/processes developed by the Apple Marketing teams, continue to question, challenge and improve them in order to keep up with changing business/partner/market needs. - Campaign Analysis to measure effectiveness of a marketing initiative or campaign. - Vendor management for Apple Gift Card merchandising.
