Summary:

Mission Systems Supply Chain is actively seeking a Change Management and Communications Project Manager to ensure projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change including business processes, systems, and technologies, and communications.

Description:

• Apply a structured methodology and to lead change management activities
• Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
• Complete change management assessments and strategies
• Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance
• Consult and coach project teams
• Establish communication strategies
• Create various types of communication such as organizational announcements, event and meeting presentations, training materials, etc.
• Support and engage senior leaders
• Integrate change management activities into project plan
• Evaluate and ensure user employee readiness
• Manage stakeholders
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR
• Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience OR
• In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required
• Change management certification or designation desired. Prosci Certification a plus.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
• Acute business and supply chain acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
