This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Colorado, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

This business-critical position for an Associate Learning Program Manager supports the evolution and development at GoDaddy within the Care organization through program managing a range of learning initiatives that onboard new and existing employees into their role, develops the knowledge and skills they need to assist customers, and provides pathways for ongoing development opportunities for themselves as the portfolio expands. The position involves close collaboration with business leaders, and a range of support functions to ensure that the right learning programs are prioritized and built, that content and delivery is coordinated across multiple suppliers, that programs are available globally, and that learning programs land with high measurable impact. The position reports into the Care and Services team within GoDaddy Learning.

What you'll get to do...

  • Assist in the creation of learning curricula for commerce, any acquired brand teams, and new lines of business
  • Work closely with Care stakeholders to ensure that programs are prioritized, built quickly, and delivered to land impact.
  • Support learning programs from initial scoping through to delivery, including liaising with the Instructional Design and Delivery teams as needed.
  • Assist in the build of comprehensive implementation plans to ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery of learning programs.
  • Guide the content of development programs by feeding in subject matter expertise, and by engaging with other SMEs around the company. Where needed, external SME knowledge will also be leveraged.
  • Partner closely with People Ops leaders, HRBPs, and the Learning & Talent on scheduling and facilitation of in-person and virtual classes.
  • Assist in the measurement and reporting of program outcomes against learning and business objectives.
  • As appropriate, support and manage vendors for approved content.
  • Build and leverage relationships with stakeholders in various positions and levels to further the Learning & Talent team footprint

Your experience should include...

  • Multi-year experience in a global company, preferably in a Call Center or Care environment.
  • At least five years of experience working in a Learning department of a global company.
  • At least two years of experience working with a Learning Program Manager with visibility to program management tools and skills to roll out programs across multiple countries.
  • Experience in designing for, delivering, or supporting large Onboarding programs domestically and internationally.
  • Experience and familiarity working on learning programs for front line leaders to Sr Manager level.
  • Experience engaging with corporate leaders (Directors and above).
  • Experience with being part of the roll-out of training programs across multiple locations.
  • Experience of identifying business impact metrics for programs, gathering data, and reporting results back to business leaders.
