Job Description

In charge for recruitment activities for massive operational positions for both Tech Support and Customer Care. Designs, implements, and/or supports employment strategies to recruit, select, and place people in jobs. You will assists in development and implementation of short term and long term sourcing strategies based on expertise in market and candidate base.

Position is available for Mexico City and Guadalajara location. This is not a Work from Home position

Roles and responsibilities:

• Candidate will perform as a strategic Talent Acquisition advisor and SME-subject matter expert. The candidate will execute recruiting strategies and best practices to source, attract, screen, recruit and select high caliber candidates.
• Responsible for end to end hiring & accountable for filling open positions.
• Develops and supports employment and staffing strategies, policies, and guidelines based on legal and organizational requirements for personnel movement.
• You'll secure your recrutiment activities provide added value customized to the Hiring Manager's operational needs and having a direct impact on operational metrics.
• Build and maintain positive partnerships with clients, internal colleagues and with fellow consultants in the Call Center industry.

What you need to be successful:

• Proven experience in recruitment strategies based on competences
• Previous use of competency assessment tools
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Understanding of Recruitment 2.0: Online job boards & online CV searches, networking & internet data mining
• Previous experience on passive candidate initiavies & Recruitment 3.0 activites and building predictable talent pipelines, Social Media Employer branding & candidate pipeline creation
• Strong Candidate Relationship Management & Presentation and Communication Skills
• Bachelor Degree required
• Advanced English Skills
• More tan 5 years of experience within Staffing function, preferably within Call Center enviroment.
