The Business Control and Service Center (BCSC) is seeking a day-to-day lead to support product integrations for GCCI (Global Customer Complaints & Internal Controls). This role will ensure market & user needs are understood, support the development of product strategies, participate in the building and maintenance of product roadmaps, drive iterative development and contribute to commercial readiness, launches and product scaling. This person should have a proven ability to influence and make key decisions - and thrive - in a highly matrixed environment. This role will require a strong partnership across all functional areas, lines of business and support areas (business owners, risk owners, etc.) to drive clear and transparent execution and reporting.
Job Description:
The GCCI Product Integration Manager, under Global Customer Complaints & Internal Controls (GCCI), will be required to:
- Deeply understand user needs and ideate on solutions
- Identify the impacts and requirements for successful integration of new product launches and product enhancements with GCCI Functional Areas
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure key milestones are met and escalate any deviations from the integration plan and/or timelines in a timely manner
- Work with GCCI’s BRCL (Business Risk and Control Lead) during RCIP (Risk and Control Identification Process) to ensure that Risks and Controls are identified and appropriately managed/mitigated in the event of a new solution or change to an existing solution
- Help defining product strategy and establishing the tech feasibility
- Support in developing the overall design flow
- Participate in various meetings with key workstream stakeholders to ensure appropriate risk and compliance expertise is provided throughout the integration process, as needed
- Develop and refine a prioritized roadmap and backlog
- Support in the creation of a launch plan and how to best scale a product or feature
- Participate and lead post-integration evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and advancement of GCCI integration maturity. Incorporate any learnings into the appropriate procedures and playbook as needed.
- Support various risk management projects and initiatives as assigned for multiple business units
- As required, support GCCI during the initiation of end-of-life activities for a product or feature
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years relevant experience required. Minimum of 2 years work experience directly related to project management
- Lead multiple, complex change management projects to enable impactful change on a global scale
- Establish global relationships with business units, support groups throughout the organization. Work with peer leaders to leverage best practices, understand new trends and contribute to the implementation of process improvements
- Possess sound judgment, flexibility, and nimbleness in changing courses and solving problems swiftly.
- Persistently manages problems effectively; deals with challenges constructively and positively; maintains productivity and high-performance levels under pressure
