Are you interested in AI/ML and how it is leveraged in customer facing applications? Come work on an award winning team that builds and operates the Xfinity Assistant, Comcast's unassisted customer service chat bot.
We are responsible for the backend services as well as the UI, and can provide opportunities to work in either area. Polish up your Java or JavaScript skills and bring your drive and curiosity to the team. In return you'll learn about all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as well as see practical use cases for AI and ML in a customer facing application.
