Job Description

This position is basically responsible for two areas of operation:
A. Acts as an ambassador of AT&T. Recommends sourcing strategies and advises managers concerning
labor market conditions.
B. Assists in development of short term and long term sourcing strategies based on expertise in
market and candidate base.
Roles and responsibilities:
Candidate will perform as a strategic Talent Acquisition advisor and SME-subject matter expert. The candidate will execute recruiting strategies and best practices to source, attract, screen, recruit and select high caliber candidates:
Manage the recruiting process through sourcing, screening, and selection.
Responsible for end to end hiring & accountable for filling open positions.
Conduct external recruitment activities to include proactive sourcing techniques (i.e. networking, calling, internet data mining, etc.) Learn and understand INDIA job market.
Leverages the internet, social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates and create contacts within the industry
Build and maintain positive partnerships with clients, internal colleagues and with fellow consultants in IT industry.
Ensure staffing processes are being followed: collect all necessary documentation from hiring managers to ensure corporate compliance, review and maintain documentation to assure legal and departmental compliance. Ensure effective interviewing techniques are being utilized by hiring managers.
Continually strives to increase and expand knowledge of new recruiting tools and techniques.
Understands clients' business objectives and position requirements.
Track metrics, conduct analysis and create monthly reports to present to business.


Education and qualifications:
Higher education, preferably Bachelor’s degree /MBA
Excellent communication skills
Strong English language skills
Additional Information:
Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS),
Human Resource Management Systems (Peoplesoft) including spreadsheets.
Knowledge and understanding of labor and employment laws in India.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing work demands, within assigned deadlines
Strong communication (oral and written), analytical, customer service, problem solving and presentation skills.
Experience using Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
General understanding of human resource management principles and practices in addition to federal/state laws regarding employment practices is preferred.
Ability to find innovative and realistic solutions to difficult problems
Good teamwork and relationship-building skills
Relevant Work Experience:
10 years full cycle Staffing or Recruiting experience in Technical/ IT/Telecom industry
