This position will support the CORE, lean, and continuous improvement efforts of the Iowa Aero Nozzle business. This position will gain exposure to the lean tools and provide practical application of the tools on actual improvement projects while being provided coaching and guidance from a lean practitioner.

Basic Qualifications:
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
