The team
Our Engineering & Tech Operations team builds and operates complex solutions for global business challenges that cross cultures, legal jurisdictions, and impacts millions of people and businesses every day. We hire people with a broad set of skills and people who want to work on creating never-been-done-before solutions at scale while ensuring world-class reliability and security. Our Agreement Cloud is a revolutionary solution that changes the way people live, work, and come to agreement.

This position
In this position you will help to architect and build the integrations and services between DocuSign and different key business partners. You will do this while working with extremely passionate people, who care about their customers and want to deliver solutions that improve customer productivity for complex workflows. The desired candidate will be a well-rounded developer, who is not afraid to jump into any level of the stack using cutting-edge technologies.

This position is a 12-week internship position commencing in Summer 2022 and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities
● Architect and build DocuSign partner integrations from the ground up
● Help to grow and refactor existing partner integrations
● Develop high-quality, ship-ready code with unit tests
● Work as part of a multi-platform development team in the design, implementation, testing and release of new solutions
● Work with product and project team to understand and translate partner integration requirements into software requirements that are well defined, measurable and attainable
● Own and deliver accurate effort estimations for each release cycle

Basic qualifications
● Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with at least one semester/quarter remaining post-internship
● Completed courses focused on Data Structures and Algorithms

Preferred qualifications
● Knowledge and experience in high scale, highly available (99.99+) systems
● Experience with one or more of the following; Java, C#, C++, PHP, or Ruby
● Experience with consuming and building RESTful web services
● Experience with git, continuous integration, and deployment tools
● Experience in unit testing
● Excellent communication skills
