Job Description

BrightEdge is looking for a passionate IT project manager who can own and manage our IT/Security projects involving various business applications (HRMS, CRM, Financial Systems, etc.) and IT infrastructure. You will also lead/manage the business process improvement projects, which will involve the design, development, integration, deployment, and maintenance of third-party business software and services. The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for managing IT projects, overcoming challenges, and a desire to be a hands-on manager of our corporate business application systems.
Core Responsibilities
Project Management - Manage all aspects of IT, Security and Facility projects
- Lead and manage the transformation initiatives for business processes and controls.
- Responsible for leading large and complex projects/programs for IT portfolio through all phases of design, development, testing, deployment, and normalization
- Plan and execute projects successfully for internal stakeholders while handling scope, timelines, financials, communications, and other activities necessary for successful project management
- Manage stakeholder expectations and identifies and mitigates risks
- Manage project budget and IT expenses
IT & Facility Support Quality Management - Monitor the IT support tasks and escalate the internal support activities when necessary to ensure that all tasks can be responded and addressed in a timely manner
- Manage the quality assurance of IT support services
- Oversee the IT Standard Operation Procedures documentation and maintenance
Business Application Support - Facilitate the internal support problem resolution that requires vendor support
- Identify the process gaps and recommend improvements
- Facilitate the communication between Business and IT
- Maintain the business requirements documentation for the business applications
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing
- Provide light system administration support as needed
- Facilitate the documentation of business processes and system controls
Assist business process owners with documentation maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, Engineering, or other related field
- Experience with managing IT projects that involves system deployment to large group of users
- 3 years of experience in managing IT projects
- Project Management Professional (Certification) preferred
