About the job

Brand Studio is focused on building the Google brand. By combining user insights, strategic thinking, beautiful design and storytelling, our team creates a wide range of work that drives Google’s reputation for being helpful to people, businesses, and communities. Our work also aims to build advocacy and trust in the brand. To achieve that, we’re a multidisciplinary team of marketers, strategists, insights specialists, creatives, producers, and engineers who work together to create exceptional marketing.

Insights and strategy are a part of the Brand Studio Creative team's concept and craft. We produce films, ad campaigns, interactive experiences, global brand platforms, design systems, and more.

In this role, you will collaborate with partners and approach assignments with care. Your work will be shared at scale and connect others. You'll be an advocate of interactive and innovative storytelling, utilizing creative problem-solving to transform complex briefs or user problems into actionable plans for teams. You will bring expertise in navigating ambiguity and removing roadblocks to ensure the effective production of creative work and experience for users. You'll partner and lead a large program and related projects with concurrent workstreams. You will be a team leader, managing and mentoring other producers, ensuring actionable feedback, and advocating for them on both projects and career growth. You'll be an excellent communicator, connecting with others at varying levels, industries, and locations and navigating reviews with stakeholders throughout projects.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Creative, Engineering, and Marketing) to produce integrated projects.
  • Support production in various capacities, including scheduling, budgeting, and establishing statements of work (SOWs) and agreements with Legal teams.
  • Establish and own relationships with production partners and vendors.
  • Manage relationships with executive management and represent production timing and spending.
  • Communicate with teams, including documentation, emails, processes, and more.
