Overview

The Opportunity:

As a Request for Proposal (RFP) Analyst at Fisher Investments, you will train and partner with the other members of the RFP team on completing the more nuanced and complex in-depth questionnaires (RFPs) for prospective and current institutional clients around the world. Reporting to the RFP Team Lead, you will work with other teams including Relationship Managers (Sales, Service and Consultant), Portfolio Management Group, Responsible Investment & Engagement team, amongst others to help create and maintain responses for our international institutional client base.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Quarterback the RFP process to create and draft written responses regarding Fisher's investment process, strategies, and other questions asked
  • Communicate with departments across the firm to provide our prospects, clients and consultants with detailed information about our firm to create new and compelling responses for the RFP Team to use on requests
  • Provide internal operational, project and data support for our Institutional Group
  • Collaborate with teams across the firm, including Senior Management, Research, Institutional Relationship Managers, Portfolio Management, Investment Operations, IT and more
  • Work with the RFP team lead on RFP elevations, reviews and troubleshooting
  • Create, develop, document and implement workflows and process improvements, advanced and topic-specific training
  • Work on projects to help the Intuitional group put their best foot forward in sales opportunities

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience with proposal writing
  • Knowledge in capital markets, investment strategies, and the institutional landscape
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite
  • Demonstrated project management skills, as well the ability to navigate complex environments
  • Ability to interface with various levels of management within the Institutional group and the Company
