Help Desk Specialist

Key Role:

Provide in-depth support and lead problem solving or implementation efforts for specific technology products and applications. Provide tier I support, including cloud support, token synchronization, token PIN resets, and account management. Support user onboarding into environments by deploying onboarding module updates, loading RSA tokens into the console, and seeding tokens for all environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with systems, cloud manager applications, domain controller authentication issues, and connectivity to the environment. Support on-site hands-on computer-based training for Government personnel. Provide Operations support via the help desk. Support transferring mission application updates across multiple classification levels, enabling low to high file transfers.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in a deskside support role in Windows-based and cloud environments

-2+ years of experience with systems administration concepts and operations

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Air Force Help desk support a plus

-Knowledge of Air Force IT Systems a plus
