Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, product development, management consulting, or similar strategic client-facing role.
  • Experience in developing and managing partnerships in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience managing cross-functional internal stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a clinical role at a provider within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and drive projects to completion, with limited guidance and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently on project deliverables in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with demonstrated success in project management, execution, and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level, support launching products successfully in the marketplace.
  • Creative, strategic thinker, with the ability to solve complex problems and develop solutions quickly and resourcefully.
  • Excellent presentation skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills.

As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you have a unique opportunity to initiate and grow strategic partnerships with healthcare and life science companies. You will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key partners and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. You will ensure that there is a defined and current relationship strategy for your key partners.

Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain direct relationships with Care Studio’s strategic partners, and establish an identity as the principal and accountable internal interface to strategic partners.
  • Lead communications, develop and grow strategic partnerships in a proactive manner; Implement, launch and coordinate the deployment/integrations, and execute discussions with partners to understand priorities, assess agreement performance, and expedite issue resolution.
  • Maintain a pulse on partner feedback, provide prompt and proper resolution of project, business, and technical challenges, and provide meaningful feedback to respective Google teams to improve the user experience.
  • Compile, analyze, and report on milestones/metrics, summarizing partner support metrics, use data to independently and proactively optimize existing processes, and develop new processes and infrastructure to improve internal efficiency, partner satisfaction, and product experience.
