Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising business.
  • Experience with the Google Marketing Platform and/or other programmatic platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience with Google Marketing Platform, DV360, Campaign Manager, and/or Google Analytics.
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships at executive levels.
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach to building client relationships.
  • Solid business acumen, and ability to lead impactful digital ecosystem evolution conversations with stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work collaboratively while managing multiple projects, sales leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

The Home and Personal Care team within Consumer Goods and Entertainment is focused on helping our customers meet their business needs by leveraging the best of Google's programmatic platforms and tools. We partner with the largest Consumer Packaged Goods customers in the home, personal care, and beauty spaces. Our team thrives in ambiguity and are thought leaders in the ever changing digital advertising industry.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Programmatic Media business through enterprise-driven selling, strong execution, innovative problem solving, and compelling storytelling.
  • Lead strategic account and business planning, set vision for internal teams, and grow pipeline necessary to meet/exceed quarterly and annual business goals.
  • Own relevant executive client and agency relationships, understand and support their business and marketing objectives and advise on strategy.
  • Collaborate and partner with Large Customer Sales, Platforms and specialist counterparts on account planning, quarterly business reviews and how to strategically advance our client partnerships.
  • Provide narrative leadership on relevant digital advertising trends, including privacy and CTV, delivering insight to clients and internal stakeholders.
