Kipsu’s newest Inbound Marketing Specialist will work in tandem with our Inbound Marketing Managers and VP of Marketing to drive inbound demand for Kipsu within the hospitality industry. This person will drive imagining, crafting, and delivering written content across demand generation channels and throughout digital campaigns. This professional will work hand in hand with marketing managers and other stakeholders, delivering content for landing pages, press releases, emails, social posts, and more.

The Inbound Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to contribute to and execute on a demand generation content strategy by collaborating with a lean and energetic marketing team. Applicants should provide a portfolio that demonstrates the experience to generate leads - ideally within a B2B, SaaS, or Service industry.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Build out Kipsu’s customer partnership base by creating outstanding content to feed Kipsu’s inbound generation channels including organic and paid media, blog posts, landing pages, and social channels.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Work in tandem with our Inbound Marketing Managers and VP of Marketing to drive inbound demand for Kipsu within the hospitality industry.

Develop ideas for gated content, lead magnets, media landing pages, media creative and content, to entice prospects to discover more about our solution.

Dive into insights and analytics on views, clicks, opens, form fills, and other key success metrics to understand what content is working and where to optimize campaigns and messaging. Data is the driving force in our decision-making processes.

Develop relationships with vendor partners, press and media outlets, and other complementary sources to magnify Kipsu’s reach.

Work with Customer Success and other pillars of the Kipsu organization to identify successful customer stories and leverage them as social proof, testimonials, and more.

Qualifications:
1+ years of professional experience in communications and/or marketing in a B2B setting
Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to mirror company voice and brand
Deep commitment to customer-first content with the purpose of adding value to our readers
Ability to think strategically--to create and see the strategy behind the stories we tell
Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Understanding of social media and ability to produce and share content quickly
Bias to make data-driven decisions

Also a plus:
Experience with press releases and press relations
Experience with Adobe Suite
Hospitality background or experience working in a hotel
