What is the Opportunity?
As the Account Manager, you will help establish the first Account Management function at Dr. Bill. The Account Manager will build strong relationships with Dr. Bill’s highest value clients - individual, team, and enterprise - with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and account retention. The Account Manager will liaise between customer and business, help solve customer problems, identify if the client has the right solution for their needs, and be the voice of these customers within our organization.
