What is the Opportunity?

As the Account Manager, you will help establish the first Account Management function at Dr. Bill. The Account Manager will build strong relationships with Dr. Bill’s highest value clients - individual, team, and enterprise - with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and account retention. The Account Manager will liaise between customer and business, help solve customer problems, identify if the client has the right solution for their needs, and be the voice of these customers within our organization.

What will you do?

  • Will act as the primary point of contact for Dr. Bill’s highest value clients at the individual, team, and enterprise level, establishing a regular cadence of relationship management.
  • Accountable for client satisfaction and retention of these accounts
  • Accountable for working across the organization to coordinate responses in support client inquiries/requests
  • Work closely with Customer Success to resolve customer and/or technical issues
  • Work Closely with Sales to ensure that customers are in the right product for their needs
  • Work Closely with Operations and Product to be the voice of the customer, and to contribute to company roadmaps
  • Responsible for contract management and fulfillment, including regular reviews and SLA maintenance

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • 4+ years’ experience working as Account Manager in a role that managed communication and client expectations throughout a client lifecycle
  • Proven track record of successful customer satisfaction and account retention skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Collaborative, fast-moving, and comfortable with change
  • Experience with analytics tools and/or queries preferred
  • Experience with Confluence, Asana, Slack, Google Suite, Hubspot, Intercom preferred
  • Experience working in SaaS/Digital/start-up environment preferred
  • Experience working in Medical or Healthcare Sales/Account Management preferred
  • Post-secondary education in communication, business or another related field
