Quick Description: Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Kronos Project Manager who will be responsible for Project Management working with multiple teams composed of members from client, internal and other external vendors, and partners.

Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Leading large-scale software implementation globally. (Kronos implementation experience preferred but other Time & Labor software experience will be considered)

• Working and implementing Workforce Dimensions and/or Dell Boomi for Dimensions is a plus.

• Implementing Accruals, Advanced Scheduling & Attendance modules while not essential will be strong value add.

• Work closely with teams utilizing onshore and offshore resources while not essential will be an advantage.

• Work with multi-disciplinary teams from Finance, HR, IT, Change Management and other functional teams.

• Need to work with all levels within a client organization

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • 14+ years of Kronos Project Management experience working with multiple teams composed of members from client, internal and other external vendors, and partners.
  • Knowledge of working and implementing Kronos Workforce Timekeeper 8.1 (and/or ADP) is required.
  • A consensus builder with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and resources on a project.
  • Understanding of how these applications work together from a technical and functional point of view.
  • Someone that has the ability to convince clients by identifying risks ahead and communicating them in a timely manner.
  • Someone with an ability to manage client expectations and mitigating risks for the benefit of the project.
  • Someone that has the ability to understand and communicate both technically as well as from a business perspective.
  • Must be able to develop and manage project plans at a detailed level.
  • Must be willing to travel to client locations both in the US and abroad (Post COVID)

Preferred Skills/Qualification:

  • PMP Certification
