The Opportunity

Cognizant seeks a top-tier professional to support our acquired teams with sales process and tools as they integrate into Cognizant.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Commercial Operations Lead throughout the integration
  • Own all of the tasks within the Winzone migration, support and enablement plan
  • Facilitate calls with acquired team members as they learn new processes and technology
  • Drives Continuous Process Improvement to proactively identify opportunities for improvements in our commercial and sales operations integration playbook

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.

  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in merger and acquisitions with focus on integrating teams across sales processes and tools
  • Experience with salesforce.com application, including opportunity management, contact management and reporting
  • Training material development and facilitation of various enablement sessions
  • Ability to work with new team members that aren’t familiar with Cognizant standard processes and tools
