Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience with working in a sales environment.
  • Experience with working towards specific goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to speak and write in German and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience on-boarding customers, directly driving business growth and building and maintaining a sales pipeline.
  • Experience in stakeholder and client management.
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to present comprehensive advertising solutions in front of C-Levels.

Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As an Accelerated Growth Consultant, you'll establish key strategic relationships and consult with some of the best known brands and most prominent startups within the ecosystem. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will shape the next wave of growth for these companies.

Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you'll provide excellent client service, research and market analysis which enable these companies to become market leaders. You will strive to persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's highest-potential clients, developing an understanding of how our range of solutions can grow their business. Working with them, you'll define their vision, broadening the scope of what they can achieve, alongside developing and implementing transformational digital growth strategies to take their business to the next level.

Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential businesses in addition to close partnership with internal Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google’s Customer Solutions.
  • Present customized marketing solutions to clients. Use creative thinking to expand and transform customers' existing accounts, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.
  • Design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge to drive long-term success for our customers.
  • Convert new business to consistently deliver against quarterly goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within Germany.
