    • Lay out now // next // later efforts, including the evolution of the Employee Tools area to support co-op growth
  • Discovery:
    • Collaborate with CX, UX, retail ops, retail employees, and technical partners to identify and understand the most impactful problems to solve and how to best address them
    • Utilize available research tools to gain insights about usage behavior, analyze product health, and facilitate discovery
    • Partner with other platform teams to understand new capabilities and how best to integrate into the employee experience. Anticipate and build out data and systems that support expanded capabilities.
    • Build and operationalize holistic solutions that meet the needs for multiple lines of business as Employee Tools grows beyond our current footprint
  • Delivery:
    • Prioritize work to help the team focus on the most impactful features to deliver. Clearly tie prioritization methods to strategic objectives and broader Co-op goals.
    • Proactively assist the product team to recognize dependencies, remove barriers and ensure smooth delivery
    • Utilize various data analytic tools to gain deep insights about performance and usage behaviors
    • Work in close partnership with the engineering and UX teams to understand the technical capabilities, gather requirements, assess opportunities, maintain stories – be in the details while understanding the larger impact of your work. Own the backlog; write detailed user stories.
