Our product managers help drive our product vision and build experiences that are inspiring, inclusive, human, purposeful and trustworthy. The Commerce Platform team is looking for a Product Manager for our Employee Mobile App, used by our in-store employees. In this role, you will be on a durable product team, driving the product vision, roadmap, discovery, and delivery. You’ll work with architects, engineers, CX/UX, analysts, retail staff, and various stakeholders across the co-op as we ensure that our employee experts can easily and efficiently deliver best in class customer service. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, REI provides a range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be lower or higher in different markets.
$75,000 to $147,500 per year
