HSCR1: HS World Wide Repair - Miramar 3601 Flamingo Road, Miramar, FL, 33027 USA

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creation and delivery of Compliance and Technical Training
  • Management of Training Requirements using the Training Management System, Workday Training and On the Job Training (OJT) tools
  • Maintenance of the OJT Training workflow
  • Maintenance of the Federal Aviation Agency Rosters and Personnel Certifications including Non-Destructive Testing, Welding, Soldering, Final Inspection and Certified Repairman.
  • Maintenance of Eye Exam, Technician Stamps and Employment Summaries 6) Oversight of the Drug and Alcohol program
  • Hosting of Customer audits
  • Lead auditor for all AS9110 internal audits
  • Use of Customer Oriented Results and Excellence, or CORE, Operating Continuous Improvement System to improve the current Training Program.
  • Learn the Repair Station Regulations, Certifications, Policies and Procedures to be able to perform other functions within the Quality department.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of CORE tools or equivalent continuous improvement methodology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Repair Station/Part 145 Regulation Experience is a plus
