Working in B2B Marketing at Klarna means using world-class marketing strategies to ensure retail decision-makers know and love Klarna. We look beyond traditional B2B tactics to surprise and delight the industry. You will use brand marketing to build awareness of Klarna for Business, through media partnerships, events, and multi-channel campaigns. You will drive lead gen through reports, gated content, and partner initiatives. You’ll work closely with digital marketers, content creators, and agencies to ensure Klarna for Business is top-of-mind in the industry.

Responsibilities

    • Own budget, planning, and KPIs for annual France marketing plans across all B2B channelsIdeate and execute tentpole brand marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and preference.
    • Collaborate with other marketers across the global organisation.
    • Develop lead generation campaigns for all business sizes, targeting MQL goals.
    • Lead briefing, development, and execution of creatives for marketing campaigns.
    • Foster meaningful relationships with media partners to negotiate cost-effective and impactful partnerships, inclusive of media buys, event sponsorships, content, and other creative opportunities.
    • Own KPIs and performance of all initiatives and use the data to optimise future projects.
    • Own marketing with our platform partners to drive MQLs.
    • Lead both industry and owned events, ensuring we show up in the most Klarna-like, creative way.
    • Become a partner to sales, ensuring all activities engage top prospects and support sales initiatives.

Who you are

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing with excellent leadership skills & demonstrated experience managing a team.
    • A B2B marketer that thinks like a B2C marketer — nothing is too crazy to try.
    • A proven ability to perform against aggressive, ever-changing goals.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • A marketing generalist who has a deep understanding of every channel and how they play into your marketing mix — from events and PR to paid marketing and emails.
    • You push the envelope and are constantly looking for new ways to approach projects.
    • You’re a relationship builder, who is passionate about understanding people and their needs.
    • An understanding of online UX, online marketing principles, and strategyA high level of interpersonal, written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • A collaborative work style with demonstrated successful interactions with both internal and external parties.
    • Hands-on, get it done attitude.
    • Willing to roll up sleeves and dig in when the situation arises.
    • Native French speaker with a deep understanding of the French retail environment.
