Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience in Sales, Operations, or Technology roles in global organizations.
• Experience in media advertising, working with clients and agency partners.
• Experience managing multi-market and/or regionally dispersed teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience as a Functional or Operational Leader within the online ad serving/ad operations industry.
• Experience managing cross-functional partnerships and global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of online/offline advertising solutions and the media landscape.
• Ability to question the status quo, drive organizational change, model transformational leadership, and have a forward-thinking approach.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent global communication, strategic thinking, motivational, and presentation skills.

About the job

The gTech Customer Experience team is responsible for all support and services for customers big and small across our entire Ad-related products. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) gCare partners with GCS Sales to build long-term value for advertisers and ensure they are getting the most of their Google Ads investment. We work closely with global Sales teams to understand client strategies, surface product adoption opportunities, and deliver solutions to help our clients reach their goals.

Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of digital marketing, performance strategists, and gCare service managers to ensure excellence in client solution delivery.
• Be a strategic partner to leadership in the region for all EMEA services and solutions.
• Build sales partnerships and be an advocate for gCare solutions in the region to help drive business outcomes.
• Partner closely with other regional GCS gCare teams and global gTech teams to align on market/regional priorities, share best practices, and create centers of excellence.
• Grow a “team-first” culture and build strong relationships with all the regional sales teams.
